1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of kdpwithai.com and to the book publishing services we provide (“services”). By using the site or ordering a service, you agree to them. “We” means KDP With AI. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order our services.

2. Our services

We offer ghostwriting, Kindle and print formatting, cover design, keyword research and KDP SEO, KDP publishing support and book marketing. The scope, price and deliverables of each project are confirmed in writing (a quote or agreement sent by email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

• Advance: 50% of the project price is paid in advance to start the work.
• Balance: the remaining 50% is paid when the work is completed, before we release the final files.
• Payment methods: UPI for clients in India and PayPal for international clients.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and US dollars ($). Any bank or payment processor charges are the client’s responsibility.

4. Timelines

Most projects take 2 to 8 weeks, depending on length and complexity. Delivery dates depend on you giving the information, materials and feedback we need on time. If feedback is delayed, the schedule moves by the same amount.

5. Revisions

• Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions.
• Send your revision requests within 7 days of receiving the work, in writing and as one consolidated list per round.
• Revisions fix or refine the agreed work. Changes to the scope, such as a new topic, a new book length or a different genre, are quoted separately.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Before work starts: you can cancel and receive a full refund of the advance if you ask within 48 hours of paying and we have not yet started work.
• After work starts: the advance is non-refundable, because it covers the time, research and production already begun.
• If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to deliver the agreed work, we will refund the part of your payment that covers the work not delivered.
• Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, normally within 7 to 10 business days.
• Digital products sold through Gumroad follow the refund terms shown on the product page.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and materials, and make sure you have the right to use them.
• Make sure your book follows Amazon KDP’s content guidelines. Your KDP account and publishing choices remain yours.
• Answer KDP’s AI disclosure questions accurately, using what we tell you about how the work was produced.

8. Ownership and rights

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables and all rights to publish them under your own name or pen name. Until payment is complete, we keep the rights. We do not reuse your content for other clients. Third-party assets such as fonts or stock images are used under their own licenses.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your manuscript, ideas and project details confidential. We will not show your project in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.

10. AI-assisted work

We may use AI tools to support research, drafting and production, and we review the work before delivery. We will tell you where AI tools were used so that you can complete Amazon’s AI disclosure correctly.

11. No guarantees

We cannot guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, royalties or that Amazon will approve or keep a book listed. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Using this website

The content, tools and calculators on this site belong to KDP With AI. You may use them for your own personal or business use, but you may not copy, resell or republish them without permission. Calculators give estimates only. See our Disclaimer.

13. Third-party links and products

Our pages link to other sites, such as Amazon, Gumroad and software providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices or policies.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profit.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
